Keep moving this winter: for your mental and physical health!

☂ Here with my yearly reminder to stay active during the wet, rainy, cold season. It can be hard to get out, off the couch, out of your cozy slippers. I guarantee that if you can get past the motivation challenge and out the door you will feel better - emotionally and physically. 


If it's a walk outside, a bike ride, an hour at the gym or a yoga class - whatever you do - make it fun! Pay attention to how you feel, before during and afterward - I'm pretty sure you will feel better - and remember that feeling the next time it feels hard to move. 


You will have more energy, less stress, feel less isolated, & lonely, - perhaps a little clearer in your mind.
